I am listening to your latest podcast today (just to Tips section), and please please please don’t change a thing about your podcast. I enjoy hearing you vent about your life. Its a good thing…
I haven’t even listened yet and I agree! If you can vent here, where can you vent o:)
I am an old NONNIE that have been through the BABY WARS several times… May I suggest. that you seperate the twins at least at nap time… Eventually they will require separate sleeping arrangements when they get older… Seperating them now for nap time gets them use to the idea.
As for the rolling hanging cart for their clothes. Do you have the time or energy to make a cover for it that will tie or zip over the rack. It will act as a barrier for the kids and will protect everything from dust and dirt.
Love the applique tips.. that is what I listen to the show for… quiliting idea… I live in rural MI and find I get bored talking to cows…once a month guild meeting are not enough. So quilting podcast keeps me on target.
I was having trouble deciding are you a hand or machine appliquer for your own projects. I am sure you have said in the past but at the moment ( tomarrow too) I can not remember.
Keep up the pod casting now that you are settled.
Welcome back sunshine 🙂 Listened to your new episode today on the way to and from work. You made me smile several times and actually giggle out loud a few times too! Thanks for a bright spot in an otherwise emotionally draining day…hang in there!
I have to agree with Lori. I listened to your podcast while I was doing some chores around the house this morning & you turned, what would have been a boring “to-do” list kind of morning, into a morning where I smiled & chuckled quite a bit. So glad you are back to podcasting!
So glad you’re back. By the way, I’ve also opened the bedroom door to kids and stuff covered with poop. I still remember crying and crying and crying as I tried to scrub it off textured walls. Here’s to better days full of lots of quilting and, of course, applique!
OK….I give up….what is that green hairy thing in the picture?
Glad your back podcasting. Missed your cheery voice.
I enjoyed listening to your podcast. I liked the quilty and the non-quilty topics. You go ahead and talk about what’s on your mind; that is what makes your podcast so neighborly, so friendly. I had to laugh at the twin’s mischief because I have been there when my daughters were toddlers.
When my husband and I lived in Germany we did not have closets in the house since closets could be counted as a room, so we had to purchase wardrobes for the bedrooms. I use one of the wardrobes in the sewing room since it has shelving and four doors on it. It works quite well fro my fabric stash and my books.
Are you going to tell us what the photo is all about or is is some type of challenge?
Keep us posted with all your goings on.
